7-Day Easy Return Policy

 

At AreebaMart.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

 

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
  • Undergarments can only be returned if the seal/packaging is unbroken (hygiene reasons).
  • Bags, welt, and watches can be tried for size but should not be damaged.
  • Original invoice must be included.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened innerwear, socks, or sanitary products.
  • Customized or altered men’s welt.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support at customercare@areebamart.pk or WhatsApp 03214694671 within 7 days.
  2. Send us your order ID and clear photos of the product.
  3. We will arrange a pickup (charges may apply outside Lahore).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
