    Yes, we deliver to every city and tehsil in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, Peshawar, and even remote areas via M&P courier.
  2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    Yes, COD is available for all orders across Pakistan.
  3. What are the delivery charges?
    Rs. 150 – Rs. 250 depending on your city. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  4. How long does delivery take?
    2–5 working days for major cities; 5–7 days for remote areas.
  5. Can I track my order?
    Yes, we send a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp once shipped.

  1. Can I return undergarments if size is wrong?
    Only if the sealed pack is unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened undergarments cannot be returned.
  2. Do ladies bags come with a warranty?
    Yes, 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects (stitching, zipper).
  3. What is men’s welt?
    Welt is a ready-made, elastic-waist shalwar (part of shalwar kameez) – very popular in Pakistan for comfort.
  4. Are your watches waterproof?
    Most are water-resistant (splash proof), not for swimming. Check product description.
  5. Do you have plus-size undergarments?
    Yes, we have sizes up to 3XL for men and 2XL for women.

Payment Questions

  1. Can I pay via bank transfer before delivery?
    Yes, choose “Bank Transfer” at checkout. You will receive our Meezan / HBL account number.
  2. Do you accept EasyPaisa or JazzCash?
    Yes, on WhatsApp orders. For website, COD or bank transfer is standard.
  3. Is it safe to pay online on AreebaMart.pk?
    We do not store any card details. Bank transfers go directly to our verified account.

Return & Refund Questions

  1. How do I return an item from another city?
    Contact customercare@areebamart.pk. We’ll arrange pickup via courier (deduction may apply for return shipping).
  2. How long does the refund take after return?
    3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  3. Will I get cash refund at my doorstep?
    No. Refunds are sent via EasyPaisa / JazzCash or bank transfer.
  4. Can I exchange instead of refund?
    Yes, exchange for same product in different size/color is free (shipping charges apply for second delivery).

  1. Do you ship to UK/USA?
    Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
  2. My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.
    Please check with neighbors or your gate. Then contact us within 24 hours – we will file a complaint with the courier.
  3. Can I change my address after ordering?
    Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. Email info@areebamart.pk immediately.

  2. Can I visit your physical store in Lahore?
    Yes, our office at Ichra More, Lahore is open 11am–7pm. However, it’s a pickup point & office, not a full retail showroom. Call before visiting.
