Refund Policy – AreebaMart.pk

Once your returned product reaches our Ichra, Lahore office and passes quality inspection, we initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • For COD orders: Refund is sent via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank transfer to your mobile number (within 24 hours after approval).
  • For Bank Transfer orders: Refund credited back to same bank account within 5–7 days.
  • No cash refund at pickup.

Partial Refunds:
If an item is missing or damaged due to customer handling, a partial refund may be issued.

Please wait 7 days and then contact customercare@areebamart.pk with your order details.
