Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
However, return or replacement is only allowed in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product is defective
Wrong item delivered

Return & Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
Clear photo or video proof is required
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Original invoice / order details must be provided
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged items due to customer handling
Washed or altered products
Sale / discounted items
Personal care products & inner wear (for hygiene reasons)
Change-of-mind or personal preference cases

Refunds are only processed for approved cases

Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered
